AirBNBing a Daytona Beach property is often the way to go. With beautiful locations and affordable prices, it often beats most hotels. Let’s discover the best airbnbs in Daytona Beach.
In Daytona Beach, the majority of places listed on AirBNB are actually condos. Most of them are located directly on the beach, which gives you a great view of the sunset and sunrise! However, I also added a few locations just outside of Daytona Beach, just to add variety.
One of the best Airbnbs for the price in Daytona Beach is an apartment located right in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. As you can see, you have a great view of the beach from a private balcony! It can accommodate up to four people comfortably and there is one bedroom with two beds. One of them being a queen size and the other being a full size sofa bed. Before taxes, the place costs around $78 a night.
The entire kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances such as a new microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and all utensils and dishes! The place is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV with more than 140 channels. But who needs TV when you can watch the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze when the best part is you have your own beach chairs, beach towels and even an umbrella? Also, the host of this place, Monica, is rated as an experienced host with over 3000 reviews!
This airbnb studio in Daytona Beach is a bit smaller, so it’s best for two people. There is a bedroom with a bed and there is also a bathroom available. This AirBNB is located in Daytona Beach near the Main Street Pier, which means there’s always something going on, which is perfect if you want to be constantly on the go! This is available for around $77 per night right now as of this writing. This place is perfect to bring your significant other, if you want to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary!
The host, Geetanjali, posted on the listing that if you wish, you can add something to celebrate the occasion you are celebrating! Just let them know two days in advance if this is something you want to do and they’ll make sure the studio has candles, wine and whatever else you want! There are other great amenities also available for use in the condo itself, such as two swimming pools, a grill, and an exercise room.
Paula is hosting this next AirBNB and all I can say is: WOW! The way the place is set up: She lives in the main part of the house, and guests stay in a one-bedroom apartment separate from where she lives, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. There is a refrigerator which is constantly stocked with plenty of food for its guests.
She even says she’ll watch your pets for you if you bring them (she rescues dogs herself, so she has a thing for animals!) Her place is one block from the beach, she’s therefore accessible on foot. In the area there are also a ton of different restaurants to try! To stay here it costs around $99 a night, but you are definitely treated like royalty here! Did I mention she bought three different types of pillows for people to choose from?
This host is relatively newer (as he just joined last June!) and this location is in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. You can watch the water directly from your window! There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, so it’s more comfortable with two people. Before taxes and all that good stuff, the cost is around $84 per night, at least, at the time of this writing.
There is WiFi available which is perfect for browsing or if you plan to work while enjoying the view of the pool and the ocean beyond! There is also a refrigerator provided, TV with standard cable. And the host made sure to note that there is a supply of hot water for those showers at the end of a long day at the beach. There’s also a hair dryer provided if that’s something you accidentally forget at home!
This one is located in Daytona Beach, in a hotel. This exact address is provided once you have completed the reservation, and it is important to note that it is non-refundable. The host of this AirBNB named Mendy is considered an experienced host, with over 100 reviews for other locations. Now, this particular AirBNB has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom, which means it’s probably best for up to two people.
Before taxes and everything is included in the price, it is indicated that it is $59 per night. There’s WiFi and a TV provided for entertainment, but it’s also a hotel, so there’s no kitchen. They offer free on-site parking which is always a nice bonus! This AirBNB is a self check-in that takes place between 4pm and 10pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am, as a normal hotel room would be.
Number 6 on our list is also located in Daytona Beach, Florida! This is a studio with two beds that can comfortably accommodate up to four people. There is a strict no smoking policy in the space, and if you are caught smoking you will be fined $250. As for payment, the AirBNB costs around $129 per night, excluding taxes and other fees.
The window faces the city, but you know the beach is there because you’ll still hear the crashing waves and the room is also full of beach toys! Guests have access to amenities such as saunas, pools, and there’s even a tiki bar and restaurant. The host for this complex is Nick, who is listed as a SuperHost. This means that he is a highly valued host and is committed to creating great memories for his guests!
This one is located in a slightly different location. Ormond Beach is about six miles from Daytona Beach. This AirBNB is listed in the heart of Ormond Beach, which means it’s in the middle of everything Ormond Beach has to offer. This place has one bedroom with a king size bed and one bathroom, so it’s best for two people.
It’s also nice that it’s listed on the website as a great place to work remotely, as the Wi-Fi is very fast. Before taxes and everything else, the cost is about $59 per night. You have full access to your bedroom, bathroom, and porch, but the kitchen is a shared space, so it’s important for the host to be notified in advance of its use. The hosts own a cat, and even though they have it shaved, it’s best for people with cat allergies to stay away.
This next AirBNB is a bit different from the others listed. Instead of having a beach view, this location has a river view. It is still located in Daytona Beach, Florida. Guests have access to the entire house except for the jungle gym and the area beyond the garage. These areas are still under construction.
This house can accommodate up to six people comfortably, with two bedrooms and two beds. There are three beds in the whole house. There are front steps where you can watch the osprey fish dive and catch fish! For the entire place on the river, it costs around $89 a night and has a 4.84 star rating, making this a great host! Between exploring the house and exploring the great outdoors around, it’s going to be a great time for everyone!
This next AirBNB is located in Daytona Beach, Florida and is a condo, and is located in the middle of everything! The pier is right next door, as is the Hard Rock Hotel, perfect for those who always want to do something! It has access to the beach as well as a swimming pool!
This is a room with four beds; each bed being a different size. They have a queen bed, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom which has been completely modernized. This condo costs around $99 a night. The host is always available when needed!
The last AirBNB we are going to talk about today is a unique choice. This is a bungalow located right next to the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Ocean Center is a convention center where there is almost always something going on. At one point they had an immersive dinosaur exhibit for kids that looked really cool. This bungalow is also right in front of the beach!
Super host Chris advised that pets can be here which is always a plus for those wishing to take their pets on a trip! There is a flat rate of $15 for up to two animals. It is a room with two beds and a bathroom. It should also be noted that this location is a great place for remote work, as the Wi-Fi is really fast! It costs $98 a night when this article is written.
