Ingredients :

Chicken breast – 2 lbs, thin sliced
Red bell pepper – 1 large
Onion – 1 large
Orange bell pepper – 1 large
Seasoning mix
Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion powder – ½ tbsp
Granulated garlic – ½ tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp

Directions :

1. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees.
2. Mix the seasonings and oil.
3. Add the chicken slices to the mix.
4. Line a large pan with a non-stick baking sheet.
5. Let the pan heat for 10 minutes.
6. Place the chicken, peppers, and other vegetables in the grill.
7. Grill for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
8. Remove it from the grill and serve with warm tortillas and vegetables.
