Ingredients :

6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
½ cup oil
1-3 fresh thyme sprigs
1teaspoon ground black pepper
2teaspoon salt
2teaspoons honey
1garlic clove, chopped
1lemon, juiced and zested
Lemon wedges

Directions :

1. Take a bowl and prepare the marinade by mixing thyme, pepper, salt, honey, garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Mix well until dissolved
2. Add oil and whisk
3. Clean breasts and pat them dry, place in a bag alongside marinade and let them sit in the fridge for 4 hours
4. Preheat your smoker to 400 degrees F
5. Drain chicken and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, for about 15 minutes
6. Serve and enjoy!
