Ingredients :

4 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup peach preserves, unsweetened
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ teaspoon red hot sauce
½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
4 peaches, halved, pit removed

Directions :

1. Place chicken in a bowl and stir in the peach preserves, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, red hot sauce, and basil leaves.
2. Massage the chicken until all surfaces are coated with the marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.
3. Once ready to cook, fire the Traeger Grill to 4000F. Use apple wood pellets. Close the lid and preheat for 15 minutes.
4. Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 35 minutes.
5. Flip the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
6. Ten minutes before the cooking time ends, place the peach halves and grill.
7. Serve with the chicken.
