Ingredients :

4 large chicken breasts, bones and skin removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon celery seeds
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder

Directions :

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and massage the chicken with your hands. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours.
2. Fire the Traeger Grill to 3500F and use maple wood pellets. Close the lid and allow to preheat to 15 minutes.
3. Place the chicken on the grill a and cook for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
4. Turn the chicken over and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken and make sure that the temperature reads to 1650F.
6. Remove the chicken from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
