Ingredients :

3 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chicken dry rub
6 oz. chili
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions :

1. Add olive oil, garlic, dry rub, chili, vinegar and sugar in a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer mixture to a bowl.
4. Stir in shrimp.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the Traeger wood pellet grill to hit for 15 minutes while the lid is closed.
7. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
8. Grill for 3 minute per side.
9. Tips: You can also add vegetables to the skewers.
