A stone’s throw from my Castlefield home is a vast, busy interchange where major thoroughfares intersect.
A central section came to life with yellow, white and pink wildflowers – a stunning sight putting nature alongside stark human creation.
Less than a mile away is a rust-colored branch of a self-storage business where alium blooms, while cow parsley grows undisturbed on an area of the canal towpath.
